We will automatically transfer across all your previous loyalty points and voucher(s) to the new app once launched by 7th Aug.
Please Note: If you have not received after 14 days, please email app@leavetheherdbehind.com with your name, email and mobile no you used our previous app, and we will get this transferred.
I made a purchase but did not receive loyalty points?
If your purchase includes a payment and you scanned your loyalty QR then your points should have been added to your account. Please contact the support team at app@leavetheherdbehind.com
Do I receive loyalty points on my Black Sheep Coffee App from online orders?
No, our loyalty is currently only applicable to ordering in-store and does not include e-commerce at present.
Can I ask for a refund?
Please request a refund when in store or by contacting the support team at app@leavetheherdbehind.com.
How can I register with Student loyalty?
Please register here for 20% off student discount, you will be required to verify your mobile no and student email to enroll. Please note: You will need to add the voucher “20% Off for Students” to your order at checkout under the discounts.
